I am looking for a flatmate to share my cosy two bedroom flat in quiet central location.

The flat:

This is a pretty double bedroom. It has a double bed, a good size chest of drawers. It comes with spacious fitted wardrobe and a private luxurious bathroom with white three-piece suite (bath-shower).

Flatmate:
I am very respectful and considerate person, so I am looking for the same kind of person to share the flat. It is a quiet environment so I keep parties outside. I work in academy.

You:
I'm looking for a professional who is sociable, reliable and clean. It's important that you keep the communal spaces clean and tidy.

Rent:
Rent would be paid monthly. For move-in I'd require £400 as deposit and the first month's rent up front on day moving in. Bills are on top of rent and usually run around £50 per month per person but it depends on your own consumption. In average you may expect to pay in total £550 per month.
