Hi!
I'm looking to find a new flatmate from the beginning of May. The flat is in the middle of New Town, so very central! There is a shared living room, bathroom and a small kitchen. The flat has a lot of storage (box room functions as office, laundry room, storage for everything), so no need to squeeze everything into your room.
I'm a private language teacher and work for schools, companies, the ministry, uni as well as private students. I have students coming to my house so I'd need to live with someone who is working regular hours otherwise we would be fighting over the living room.
Once finished teaching I usually rehearse for dance things or do any kind of sports, so you'll get time for yourself. However, I'm a very social person and love to drink wine, go to the pub etc. I don't mind living with someone male or female. It's more important that we get on and can create a nice home where everyone feels happy!
The rent is £450 a month plus bills, so it will be around £550 approx. We usually have a cleaning lady coming once a fortnight so we don't have to argue about who is cleaning all the time..
