The room is at the back of the property and looks out on to the garden, despite being super central, the flat is really quiet.

The flat comprises of Sitting room and dining area, bath and shower room, hallway, kitchen, hall cupboard, 2 double bedrooms and a quirky cupboard off the hall with a shower in it.

You would be sharing the flat with me and my Cat (Mush*). I work from home during the day, I’m sociable but also recognise others and my own need for space. I’m clean and tidy, looking for a similar flatmate! Not a party flat :) I think it’s important to have a harmonious living space, I really don’t want to be ships in the night.

Ideally looking for a working professional, who is sociable, clean, tidy, sense of humour a welcome bonus!
