I’m looking for one friendly flatmate to move into my 2 bedroom flat for the coming academic year. My spacious flat is an ideal 10 min walk from the University of Edinburgh and 3 minutes from South Clerk Street’s Sainsbury's and Coop. The flat is fully furnished including a fireplace and clothes dryer. The view onto Arthur’s Seat/the Crags is amazing, as you can see from the photos. :) The room has a double bed and double glazed windows. I am a friendly, open, third year student, who would love to find a flatmate who is looking for more than just a room to stay in.
