The flat will be shared with female professional late 30’s, who is the live in landlord. I’m looking to share with another professional. Non smoker please. Sorry no pets, couples or students.

An excellent place to live in a lovely quiet development and is within easy reach of the city center by either bus or car. I have 2 very sweet cats that lives with me so the new tenant would have to be ok with that.
