Sunny Room in Trinity Flat

I have a double room for rent in a large furnished Trinity flat. It's a spacious south facing room in a cosy flat sharing with one other professional male who is easy to get along with (even if I say so myself!).

The flat has all the utilities you would expect and is fully furnished. Plenty of storage space too and there is a Pulleymaid drying rack in the kitchen which is incredibly handy.

This second floor flat has wonderful open views of the Forth and is excellently located near many local amenities (local store directly across the road from the flat and a 24 hour supermarket a short walk away if you are more of a nocturnal shopper!). Street parking is free, and the bus stop is 30 seconds from the door. The nearest cycle path takes you to Leith or up to the town in minutes. There are two fabulous local parks nearby (one with free tennis courts), and, for those of an athletic disposition, there is a well equipped sports centre nearby at Newhaven harbour.

One month's deposit would be required and bills are not included. Bills generally come in around £150 a month. The lease would be for a minimum of 6 months and is through an excellent letting agency, who have been very efficient and helpful during my stay here.
