As i will be out of the country I am renting my room out for 6 weeks from early June to mid-July. The room is in a 4-bedroom flat with students from Heriot-Watt aged 22 - only 2 of my other flatmates will be in during this period and they will be working. The flat is fully furnished; kitchen, bathroom, livingroom.
As i plan on moving back into my room after mid-july, the bedroom will be come with a 40" tv, ps3 (with a netflix account, bbc iplayer etc), record player with records and a load of DVDs which you are more than welcome to use. The room is a good size with a double bed, couch, desk and 2 chairs.
The flat is situated on Morrison Street near Haymarket, 10-minute walk to Princes Street. Rent will be £100 a week. Our electric is run on a meter and usually costs each of us about £20 a month.
