Hey there! I'm leaving the city and looking for someone to take over my single bedroom in a 2-bedroom flat which you'd be sharing with a lovely 23 year old Finnish student. A female tenant would be preferable.
The flat is fully furnished: the bedroom has a bed, little desk, chairs, drawer, walk-in closet and a sort of attic with extra furniture and stuff. There is a shared bathroom and living room/kitchen which is fully equipped (oven, microwave, stove, kettle, coffee maker..).
There's a shop just around the corner and bus stops, banks, pubs, restaurants etc. all around but the street itself is a calm one.
The flat is definitely available 5 May - 5 August but possibly for longer term.
The rent is 325 per month bills excluded.
