The flat is ideally situated, 20 min by foot from Princes St. in a very quiet street off Leith Walk, by Pilrig Park. Plenty of buses and shops nearby. It is a cosy little flat, with a shared living room. The room available has a built in cupboard and is very sunny and bright.
A small dog lives here, so you must like pets.
All bills included (broadband, tv, heating, electricity and council tax).
About me: I enjoy watching movies, hiking and exploring various cultural activities. I care about the planet so I am mindful in my everyday life regarding that. When at home, I like to be quiet, enjoying a glass of wine while watching a good film or reading but am often out. I like when it's clean and tidy (but not a freak about it).
