I'm looking for a chilled environmentally conscious person to share my house with.

The house is split over 3 floors:
Ground floor has a small garage for bikes, WC, store room, single bedroom.
1st floor has living/dining room with a comfy AF couch, and kitchen.
2nd floor has two double bedrooms and a bathroom.

The entire heating system of the house was replaced at the start of the year so it is warm!

The room is a good size with excellent storage and a comfy new mattress. (Photo to come).

The street is a quiet cobbled mews street. Parking is permit.

Excellent location - 10min walk to haymarket. Excellent bus links with the 27 and 10 at the end of the street and other buses within 10 mins walk. The canal is close for good access to cycle routes in and out of the city.

There are local corner and coffee shops, really good local hairdresser, and Bruntsfield, Fountainbridge, Tollcross are all 10 minutes walk.

I am a civil engineer working in renewable energy in Stirling so I am away for 11hours per weekday. I like riding bikes and boards and heading away for adventures in my van.

The rent is £450 per month including ALL bills and council tax. Lease is 6 months min.
