Hi there!

I'm looking for someone who may be interested in renting out my room starting the 20th of July through the month of August (move out date August 31st). It's in a perfect location right next to the Moray School of Sport and Education and less than a five minute walk to the University's gym. Just one street over from the Royal Mile, the flat is in a very central location and perfect for any student.

In order to be considered you MUST be a post graduate student at the University of Edinburgh.

The flat is made up of five single bedrooms along with two shared baths. There is also a common area with a fully equipped kitchen and television. My roommates are lovely and everyone is tidy.

The building is also gated and made up entirely of post graduate students. There is a cleaning service that comes in once a week (included in price) as well as garbage removal. Wifi and all other bills are also included and there is laundry on site.
