Awesome flatmate wanted

I am leaving Edinburgh and sadly need to fill my room in this awesome flat.

About the flat:
- Top floor
- Big kitchen and living
- Big bathroom
- 2 toilets
- Amazing unobstructed views of the castle
- Central location
- Amenities at your door step

About the room:
The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, mirror, side cabinets and a big comfy chair. It's the sunniest room in the flat and perfect for catching those rays.

This flat is more like a big group of mates. We often are down the meadows enjoying the summer sun, having people over for drinks/epic parties and ping pong and every now and then a road trip - but of course we all lead our separate lives.

To keep the social paradise clean we have a roster which works great.

About you:
- You need to either have a job or be a student.
- Be up for some great laughs and fun times
- Be clean and tidy and consider others
- Preferably good at ping pong as I'd like Lindsey taken from the top spot.
- Be fluent in English

Bills and Internet are included in the rent, unless we go over the budget which has never happened in the time I've been here.
