This is a fantastic location near Haymarket for rail, tram, air and bus transportation. Easy access to Edinburgh city centre. Dalry Road has a wide range of restaurants (Chinese, Turkish, Italian, South African, seafood and pizza). There is also an ice cream bar, post office and several cafés.

For foods and practical items there is a Co-op supermarket opposite the property (open 7am to 10pm) and a Lidl round the corner.
Dalry swimming pool is 2 minutes away on foot, and Fountainpark Cineworld with bowling and Nuffield gym is a 5 minute walk.
