I am moving out of this AMAZING top floor flat (with sea views) in the leafy suburb of Trinity to take up a new job offer in London and looking for someone to move in to take my room (available from 4th Feb) and agree a new lease (6 month term) with the letting agent. I've lived here for 14 months and it has easily been the best place I've ever lived in! The second room in the flat is currently being rented out to a female professional who works as a consultant with a top firm and will be moving out on 16th February due to work commitments so you will get to choose your own new flatmate then or pay extra rent and keep the room as a spare if you wish. The flat is currently fully-furnished and most of the furniture is mine and was bought purposely for the flat. The local shop, pharmacy, cafe/bar are all within a 5 min walk. Botanic Gardens and Inverleith Park are just a 15 min walk away. Town is a 30 min walk or 15 min by bus.
