You will have a spacious room for your own, bathroom and kitchen shared with one person (myself). It's a small flat and there is no common living room but table and chairs for hanging out in the kitchen.
Room comes with double bed, plenty of storage, mirror, sofa and a set of drawers. And flat has a washing machine, bath, big freezer and fully equipped kitchen.
Rent is £ 465/month bills inc, deposit of £325 required before moving in which will be refunded when moving out prior to one months notice or can be used as last months rent.
Students welcome but unfortunately I won't be able to reduce council tax.
It's not the most social flat, however but will be suitable for someone who values peace and privacy. Friends are welcome to visit but you'll literally have to invite them to your bedroom as there are no big common areas.
I'm a 33-yo peaceful and tidy female professional working full-time, looking to share with someone with similar lifestyle.
Available mid June, possibly around the 10th, depending on the Covid situation of course.
