I am looking for a female flatmate to move into the double room in October.
The flat is main door/ground floor flat located just off Leith walk. 10 minute walk to Princes Street. Permit on street parking is available.
The flat is £450 a month (not including bills)
Council tax band D - £68 per month
Broadband - £15
Electricity/gas - £36
The tenancy agreement is with a letting agent and they have an application process for all prospective tenants so you will need to provide references/credit checks before the lease is signed. The lease is minimum of 6 months and then is month by month after that.
A female flatmate would be preferred. I am a 27 year old female working full time in the charity sector. Because of my busy working life - this isn't a party flat but I have a lovely little group of friends that I like to have over occasionally. I've lived in Edinburgh for nearly 4 years and absolutely love it. I've (miraculously) recently got into running, I did the Edinburgh half marathon earlier in the year and enjoy going to the gym.
I'm looking for an easy going flatmate, preferably female. Hoping to find someone that is tidy (but not obsessively so) and up for the occasional drink/movie night. It would be great to find someone who enjoys Edinburgh as much as I do :)
