Great location, quiet street off Leith Walk/Elm Row and easy 20 minute walk to Princes St and Waverly Station.
Looking for a short term flatmate, as we have people coming to stay between Dec 25th and Jan 2nd. There is potential to continue staying on after this point if we all get on well.
Our working and personal lives are haphazard with no regular schedule. We like to sleep in till 10/11am on weekends (looking for someone who has a similar lifestyle or happy to be quiet in the mornings). We keep a clean and tidy house but are not perfectionists. There is no TV in the house but we do have a small projector. We are also friendly sociable people.
