Double Bedroom Available ASAP

My name is Rabia and I am looking for a female flatmate, student or professional to move in as on the first week of October.

A little about me, i work as a Biomedical Scientist at the new research centre near Herriott Watt University. I am the owner of the flat. I'm very easy going, love a good chat and trustworthy and would prefer to live with someone likewise.

The flat is situated in the West end of Edinburgh in an area called Clermiston (very near Costorphine) The flat is ideal for any student studying at Herriott Watt as its only a 10mins drive away. The flat is also near the Gyle shopping centre and many takeaways as well as supermarkets.
Edinburgh city centre is probably about a 15mins drive away and if you take the bus then roughly 20mins. Local bus services are 1, 26 and 21 which all operate on a regular basis and head to the city centre mainly.

I am a Muslim therefore i would prefer to live with a Muslim female. This is just on the basis that there being no alcohol in the flat and availability of halal meat. However if anyone does fit the criteria for not drinking alcohol then they will be considered.

A deposit of one months rent in advance is also required.
