I am renting out my room as I am moving down to London in March next year. Our flat on Bryson Road is very spacious, and is located just off FountainBridge, opposite the FountainPark complex. It's only a few minutes walk to the nearest bus stop which has a number of different bus routes. If these buses are not suitable, its only a 7 minute walk onto Dalry Road, which has more bus routes, as well as a 10 minute walk to Haymarket station. It's only a 15/20 minute bus journey into the city centre or if you're feeling extra energetic it's only a 30 minute walk.
There is a convenience store a few doors up from us, which has all of the essentials. As well as a Sainsbury's local just a 5 minute walk away.

The rent per calendar month is £501, which includes rent, broadband and electric. Any professional interested in the flat will have to pay council tax, with 25% Off due to two students living in the flat, it will work out around £75 extra a month. Our flat is council tax band C

Two of the girls I live with, Sinead and Siobhan, are student nurses studying at Napier University. They are both very friendly, and enjoy meeting new people. Preferably, we would like a female student or young professional to move in if possible.
