Bright, sunny large room, fab location & flatmates

We have a room available now in our awesome flat share. All utilities and a cleaner included in the rent! Although it is 5 bedrooms, the layout is perfect so it doesn't feel busy and there is plenty room in the common areas. Flatmates are all professional, friendly and respectful. Flat is quiet after about 10pm on weekdays and all feel free to do what they like on the weekends if it's not bothering anyone. The living room and kitchen are away from all the bedrooms so it contains any noise is there is any. There's never been a wait for either of the two toilets. There is really good harmony in the flat. No complaining or passive aggressiveness. Everyone is busy with their hobbies, but hang out together or go for drinks once in a while.

The room is on the south facing courtyard side. It is so quiet and sunny! Yet, a short walk to the city center and shops. Within a 3 min walk is tesco, M&S, a quality foods shop, 3 coffee/ sandwich shops, post office, running path, park, botanical gardens, etc.. There are 3 main bus lines (23,27,8) that stop just out front every 5 mins to the center.

Flat is run by an agency, so this ensures responsible flatmates with background checks and quick response to anything broken.
