We have a Double room with en suite bathroom to rent

This is a 4 bedroom end terraced house with two floors. First floor: 2 bedrooms, 2
bathrooms, kitchen, living room, hallway, storage cupboard. There are other two bedrooms upstairs and another bathroom. Kitchen: electric cooker, dishwasher etc.
We also have a separate cupboard with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a free parking on the street, back garden. We have been in this house for 7 years.
Never had any issues with the neighbours. One of our flatmates is moving out and his room will be available from 28th of September - a person with a least a year
intention to stay is preferable.
We are three guys in our 30s. All professionals. Easy to get on with.
No party animals, and no pets.
Public transport is great- 15 mins to city centre. We have a meadowbank shopping centre, Morrisons, GP, post office, Hollyrood Park walking distance away.
