Short Term Sublet

The Room- now has been slightly rearranged

I am a University of Edinburgh student who is going home for a 6 week period and am looking to sublet my room in the meantime. It is maintained by the University of Edinburgh (NOT student halls) so ideally full time students and definitely single occupancy please (do not have to be UoE students though).

It is located in Bruntsfield Gardens and is less than 5 minutes to the nearest bus stops (11, 15, 16, 23, 36, 45). Sainsbury and Tesco also within a 5 minute walk as well as all the shops on Bruntsfield Place. George Square is about a 20 minute walk and Napier Merchiston Campus is less than a 10 minute walk.

I am looking to let it out from the 18th of November till the 30th of December inclusive but if you have slightly different dates perhaps something could be arranged.

The flat is a ground floor direct entry 4 bedroom flat and the room is a massive room with a double bed. You will share with 3 other students (2 female 1 male) who are respectful of personal space but also up for a good discussion. Most of my stuff will still be in the flat so you won't even need bedsheets or pillows you are welcome to use mine. I can create some cupboard space for you to use however so you won't need to live out of a suitcase!

The kitchen, bathroom, and living room are shared and we also have a massive communal garden which you are free to use. If the garden is not enough, Bruntsfield Links and the Meadows are also about a 5-10 minute walk.

We have a separate washer and dryer, lots of gadgets in our kitchen (rice cooker and a new oven among them) and also 100mbps broadband!

I'm asking for 800 for the whole period including all bills. Happy to arrange a viewing of course! At the minimum I will require an advance of 100 to secure the property then the first half of the full amount left just before you start and the second half of the full amount just as you reach the second half of your stay.
