Hello! My lovely flat mate is moving out so I have a fab room to rent in a really nice cosy flat in Edinburgh. Available in April. The flat is actually a 3 bed - the 3rd room is small and I've a desk in it for a little study. I have an ensuite in my room so you would pretty much have your own bathroom.

I'm currently doing a doctorate in Clinical Psychology. So I'm working full time doing placements with the NHS but also have full student status through the University of Edinburgh. This room would therefore suit a mature student/ PhD/ masters to avoid council tax. If professionals are happy to pay the council tax (with the discount) then that is also fine!

I'm 31, female, pretty chilled out! Just quiet through the week with work and gym classes (gracemount leisure centre is a walk away). I Will be working hard over the next year and a half so looking for someone fairly quiet and to keep the place tidy. Like to see friends at the weekend, go to the football or head back to Perth to see the family.

37, 47 and 67 bus goes from outside the door to princes street, west end, kings buildings, main uni buildings and Lothian road. I find it so perfect - being out a bit from town but a quick bus on the door step. Straiton shops are just up the road and free parking 👌
