The room offered is fully furnished with a double bed and chest of drawers, extra storage space is available in the hall. The shared bathroom has a bath/shower, and the large well equipped kitchen is next to a spacious comfortable living room.
Total rent will be £558.10 per month including council tax and bills.
I am a professional and would prefer another professional. I am sociable and active looking for a friendly, tidy flatmate who enjoys socialising but also some down time.
