A spacious two bedroom Georgian style flat in the centre of fashionable Stockbridge.
The location is ideal for visiting professionals or a family wishing to visit Edinburgh over Christmas and/or the New Year period. The flat is within the proximity of many of the local delights of Stockbridge: Botanic Gardens, Inverleith Park, Glenogle Pool and Sauna all just 2min walk away. And just a short 10min walk to the city centre.

The bedrooms are both large doubles, with double beds in both, recently decorated and furnished to a good standard. The entire flat is bright and fresh, with sufficient room for substantial luggage and personnel items.

The living room area - is again spacious, very clean and decorated beautifully, with TV, dining table, large sofa and vinyl stereo.

Kitchen – small but efficient with cooker, fridge, washing machine, and all crockery and utensils you may need.

Bathroom – has everything expected, shower, sink, toilet and cleaning materials.

Hall area – a large open space connecting all the rooms.

I am an easy going, artist & editor. And will be away over the holidays as part of a Meditation Yoga programme.

I’m not looking for my flat to be used as a party venue in any way shape or form. However, if you would like a base to get out to art, music events and the various Festive activities Edinburgh has to offer at this time of the year, this would be ideal.

The flat is a relaxed, quiet place, with a pleasant calm ambience and I would like it to remain like this on my return. So please don’t apply if you have any notion of using it other than with respect.
