Looking for a flatmate to move in around Feb

I've been living here a year and my flatmate has left me. I need a new one to close the gaping wound in my heart.

The flat is quite close to the city centre. It's pretty spacious, tall ceilings - more homely than modern.

Big kitchen space with washing machine, dryer and dishwasher, and a pretty big living room with a TV. Wifi, bills and council tax are not included in the price, but adds roughly 170 to the overall monthly damage. Don't know the exact deposit details. Will find out from landlord soon.

Looking for someone who I can get along with, respectful, tidy in the shared space (I'm really not a neat freak) and all of that basic common sense stuff. It'd be nice if we had some similar interests but it also, like, really doesn't matter... Quite like binging on movies, netflix, and just chilling out in general.

I'm an ex-londoner and ethnically Pakistani, don't be fooled by 'Harris' - I'm a few shades darker than my name suggests. I have a baby grand piano in the living room and a guitar with a voice that's so mediocre it hurts - that can be annoying sometimes, so that's something to be wary of. I'm a consultant and rarely seem to be in Edinburgh as of late, potentially away four to five days a week.
