There are 2 bedrooms going in our lovely 3 bedroom flat. The flat has a shared kitchen and living room. It is a 10-15 minute walk from Princes St so a great location.
Rent is £420 a month per room. Then council tax, utilities and internet are roughly £115 each on top of the rent at the moment. TV license renewal isn't due until later in the year.
The rooms would be available in February. However the landlord has asked that I confirm the two new flatmates asap so they can check references. A full deposit will also be required from each of us but I'm waiting for confirmation of how much. Give me a shout if you're interested.
