Double room in 2 bed flat

Looking for flatmate to fill this room in 2 Bed flat from February near Gorgie/Slateford. 10-15 minutes to city center, with connections to a lot of buses. Rent should be around 550 give or take including bills, internet, and council tax.

About me: I am a Research Associate in Underwater Robotics. Very respectful of other people's space. Clean, tidy and likes to keep things organized. Quite social enjoys a nice chat with friends over tea, and beers. Prefers to have chill nights over loud parties when at home, not a smoker.

I am a borderline tech geek. I like music, sometimes playing a bit of guitar to chill. Likes to watch movies, and occasionally play video games. A bit of running and working out well. Into salsa dancing lately.

I have been in Edinburgh for over 8 years. Happy to grab a pint over the weekends. Not a smoker.

I work from home 1-2 days a week and rest I go to the office. My preference would be someone similar and NOT someone working full-time from home.
