Lovely Double Room to rent in central fl at!

We have a very nice double room to rent from the end of February in our flat. It is a lovely room, a good size and nicely decorated. The flat is in the Fountainpark area of the city so is very central. Excellent bus service and really everywhere in the city centre is walking distance!! We are 2 minutes from the cinema, pubs, restaurants! Also near the canal and Harrison Park. The flat itself is in a traditional tenement stair and we are on the second floor.
You will be sharing with a professional couple in our 30s. Someone of a similar age would be great but we are happy to chat to anyone interested. We also have 2 guinea pigs, Coco and Randy. They are very cute and won’t bother you other than saying a little squeak to say hello!
The rent is £560 per month inclusive of all bills (the only thing extra for you to sort out would be if you wanted a parking permit if you have a car!) This includes Virgin Media tv and broadband.
