I'm looking to rent out a large double bedroom in my two bedroom flat. The room is spacious with lots of storage available and comes with an ensuite equipped with a shower. There is a shared kitchen and living area which are both well finished.

The flat is located in the south of Edinburgh in the Fairmilehead district which has excellent transport links to the city centre and bypass. There are bus stops 2 minutes away from the flat and travel to the city centre by bus typically takes around 25-30 minutes. There are lots of parking spaces available for those with cars. A typical car journey to the city centre would take about 20-25 minutes.

The flat has double glazing throughout, a washing machine, central heating and a dishwasher.

I’m looking for someone who would be looking to move in immediately. Short term lets are considered. I’m 25 and would prefer to share with someone of a similar age.
