I am leaving my room in a 4 bedroom flat in February and are therefore looking for another student to take over my room. The flat is central with walking distance to Princes street. My flatmates are 3 girls, one from Spain, one from Sweden and one from England. They are all close friends of mine and absolutely lovely flatmates.
The lease will go on until the end of May so there is a minimum of 4 months to stay. A longer lease might be available but it can be discussed closer to the end of the lease.
The rent is £325 and the deposit is £325 as well.
You have to be a student due to the council tax.
The room and flat is fully furnished and have electronic heating. Bills are not included in the rent but they are only the electricity bills since we do not use gas and the broadband is included in the rent.
