My name is Tara and I am letting out the spare room in my Georgian terraced flat in Edinburgh’s New Town on a Mon-Fri basis. The flat is quiet and peaceful, and I very much enjoy the tranquility it provides despite the central location. I am therefore looking for a lodger who also prefers quiet time at home, and who is clean, tidy and respectful.

The charming double room to rent is spacious and comfortable. It features an original fireplace, cornicing and wooden floorboards. It has ample storage provided by a built-in cupboard and chest of drawers, and there is a desk. I keep the flat clean and tidy, and it's decorated in neutral tones with minimal clutter. It's centrally located just 10 mins walk from Princes Street, 15 minutes walk from the Royal Botanic Gardens, Inverleith Park and Stockbridge.

The Mon-Fri let includes all bills, bed linen, and towels if necessary.

I would also consider a 7-day week short-term let for £1200/ month with all bills included.
