It takes less than 10 minutes walk east to the Holyrood Park and west to Main Library of the University of Edinburgh, and 15 minutes walk to the University exercise centre. There is one Sainsbury’s Local just opposite the street, and Tesco Metro and Lidl are just five minutes in walk. Many restaurants of different flavours sit around. Bus stop is just outdoor (quite near King's Hall), extremely convenient to connect with all other parts of Edinburgh.

We are a Chinese couple, both PhD students based in the University of Edinburgh, social and funny. We occupy one double bedroom, and the other 2 double rooms and the single room are to rent.

We are searching for someone (only students but not couples, sorry) respectful, tidy, and nice. And then we are looking for someone who want the flat for 11 months (perfectly from 31/08/2018 to 25/07/2019). If you have to withdraw during the lease, you are individually responsible to find someone else to replace yourself.

The monthly rent does not include bills (gas, electricity, insurance) and broadband, which will be shared by all tenants. The bill and WiFi fee really depends, but generally costs £40-70 per tenant per month.
