My current flatmate is relocating to another city, so I am looking for someone to take over her room from 1st April.
The room is the larger of the two, has extremely generous wardrobes and a double bed.
The flat has a small shared bathroom and a living room / kitchen with small dining room table.
We rent through a letting agent, but also have contact directly with the landlords, who are amazing and have fixed any snags we have had so far. We have been the first tenants in this flat, as such all fixtures and fittings are basically as new.
I work at a PR agency, 9-530 Monday to Friday. Looking for a similar young professional who is social enough to eat dinner, and watch trash tv, but also likes their own space! :)
Rent is just under £400, our total spend on rent, council tax, electricity, gas, tv/internet is just short of /around £500.
