Bright Room In Beautiful Flat For August Only

Newly refurbished, large, Victorian flat. I have decorated it with a Scandinavian feel and it is very comfortable. South-facing windows, all amenities including fireplace in the living room. Shared garden with afternoon sun.

The room is bright and comfortable. Bed can be single or double and there is storage under bed, in window seat and large cupboard.

Shared spaces include a large living room, kitchen with dining table, white cabinets and exposed brick, large bathroom with drench shower.

I want someone who will feel comfortable and use the space, but also respect that it is my home. I am happy to be social, cook and eat together etc, but it is not a requirement if not desired. I am a good Edinburgh guide!

If cleaning services required, I have a company I prefer to use. Linen (towels, duvet and linen) are available for the stay, cost of professional cleaning at the end of tenancy will be added.

Pets considered: dogs only and at my discretion.
