Cosy, homely and very good value Leith flat

I'm looking for someone to take the spare (en-suite!) double bedroom in this lovely Leith flat. The room has a double bed and built-in wardrobe and it gets plenty of natural sunlight. There is a spacious shared living room and kitchen with a dining table and a comfortable seating area. The flat is in a new build complex so it's cheap to heat and stays warm. The complex is about half way down Leith walk and off the main road, so it's very quiet day and night. With plenty of good pubs and restaurants nearby and within easy walking distance of the city centre, it's an ideal place to live. There's also a bus stop almost on our doorstep with great links to the centre and west end. The rent includes an on-site parking space if you want it. The contract is a rolling monthly. I would be looking for a fellow professional to take the room.

The rent is good value for this very popular area and the gas, electricity and internet bills come in at around £37 per person per month. The Council Tax is approximately £100 per person per month. So, the total is £542 PCM.

I really enjoy living here. It's a fantastic location with so many good amenities in the local area. The flat has also has a cosy, homely feel. The contract is flexible. Just get in touch and I can tell you as much as you like about the place!
