I am Olivia and I am a 24 year old student at Edinburgh Uni.
I live in an absolutely beautiful flat in New Town, but my flatmate is unfortunately moving back to the US in the summer so won't be staying another year.
I want to stay on another year, and my landlord has approved this, so I just need to find someone who wants to share the flat with me.
I am looking for someone who I can be friends with, who is respectful and wants to have a nice home environment :) Me- I am laid back, conscientious, love to laugh and to have interesting conversations on the sofa with hot coffee! After I complete my current undergrad degree in the summer, I will be starting a Masters in Psychology in September, still at Edinburgh uni.
The flat has stunning views over Edinburgh including the castle, has huge windows and gets amazing light and warmth on bright days, has white walls, a lovely spacious feel, a dishwasher, comfy sofas, two normal sized rooms, a lovely bathroom, and an open plan kitchen-living room.
I haven't attached pictures as the property doesn't belong to me but I can send photos privately to potential flatmates :)
