Looking to rent out my double room, I'm a 42-year-old Creative Director for a small design agency. I have my little boy here 3 days a week but we’re usually out and about.
The house is in Fairmilehead, just off the bypass with a bus stop just at the end of the street so super easy to get anywhere.
There's 200mb Virgin broadband and Netflix, Prime etc. There’s a hot tub in the garden, space for garden storage (for bike etc) all bills included plus cleaner fortnightly so only requirement is to tidy up after yourself.
It's a happy sociable little house but will put a nice TV in the room for when you feel like quiet time.
