Double Room for single occupancy

There is double bed and is available now, the rent is inclusive of ...council tax, gas, electricity and internet. There are 4 bedrooms in total and currently 3 of us in the house, myself, my son 22 (hardly in and sleeps a lot!) and another lodger (female) who has been with me for 5 years. The girl that was staying here had been here for 2 years and has now gone back to Australia.

There are 3 toilets; the main bathroom which has a bath and shower, a toilet downstairs (cloakroom) and I have my en-suite (so I don’t use the main bathroom).

The house is fairly quiet, everyone does their own thing although we do often find us eating or having a cuppa together. We have chats in the sitting room and kitchen and you have full usage of this.

The garden with patio is lovely in the summer and there is street parking. I do have chickens which are kept in their pen, occasionally they are left to roam free but it tends to be when I am at home. We also have 2 cats.
The area has local shops and a Tesco express within walking distance, a Lidl 15min walk, bus stop which takes you into town 31 bus and a night bus N31 so you can get home late, I’ve been in that one many a times. Edinburgh leisure centre and medical centre is 15 mins walk away.

The bypass is only 2 mins away and Straiton retail park 5 mins away, I believe there are plans to open a super lidl store there.
