I am looking to rent my spare room, happy to have someone on a short term basis and then we can review after 3 months, i'm flexible with how long you can stay.
The house is in Limefeild, Gilmerton, which has a great bus service to town, 3 or 29 route. About 30 mins from the Southside of Edinburgh.
I am looking for a clean and tidy person, who will use the spare room but also happy to share the rest of the house with me. The room is furnished with a double bed, side table and you will be able to use the whole house. The bedroom has a fitted wardrobe and under bed storage. Price includes all bills, wifi and council tax; you would just have to buy your own food :) (Please note I dont have tv)
To give you an overview of me: I have owned the house for 6 years, I am Scottish and local to the area. I am a busy professional, I work in Events Management, I am based at the Haymarket office but some days work from home. I enjoy going out, staying in, I love live music, cooking and reading. I am into rock climbing and I love to travel and meet new people.
