Flat share available with large double room

Hey! Just putting feelers out to see if anyone would be interested in flat sharing with me, there is a large double bedroom free in an upstairs flat in Gorebridge, Midlothian.
The bedroom is large and unfurnished so the stuff that’s in there just now will be moved (option to keep bookcase/chair in if wanted) but it’s free to make your space! The flat is nice and modern, there is a shared spacious bathroom with bathtub, livingroom and wide kitchen with small pantry and lots of storage!
There is also a private back garden and 2 outhouses for extra storage.

The agency and neighbours are great and it is a pretty quiet part of the village with excellent transport links in to Edinburgh and the fort, takeaways, co-op and bus stop within a two minute walk and lots of places for walks!

I’ve attached some pictures so you can get an idea of the flat, i’ve not been here too long so there’s still lots of improvements to come in January such as large tv for livingroom, storage for bathroom etc.
