Double Room to let in Gorebridge. Property is under 2 years old in a brand new estate with a very welcoming community and a peaceful street . There is on street parking , a bus stop and train station which both run into town less than a mile away . The house has sky tv ,high speed WiFi and a modern kitchen . I am rarely home between work and training so the house will mostly be yours.

The room has a double bed, bedside drawer and wardrobe . There is shared bathroom which for the most part will be yours as I have an ensuite, bar the odd rare occasion I have a bath.

I have a six year old daughter she stays a wednesday and alternate weekend day, shes very friendly and wont bother anyone unless you want a chat . We rarely spend our free time sitting in so won’t be around much, however someone who dosent hate children is preferred.

Rent is 400 due on the 1st of each month . This includes all your bills. Maybe chip in on dishwasher tabs every so often . A £100 deposit is due before you move in.
