Double room in a quiet cul-de-sac. All new! Not quite ensuite but an exclusive wet room. I have a wee dog, she loves everyone except the postie. It's a small village just outside Edinburgh. On the train route to Edinburgh and Glasgow and regular buses into town. Ten minutes from Heriot Watt.

Clean and tidy house, a bit artsy with lots of books. Happy for you to make your space your own.

Well equipped kitchen, currently being extended into the garden and an additional utility room to the side. If work is still going on a rent redunction will be applied.
