Amazing Bright Room Available **

Hi everyone,

My partner and I are renting out a room in our lovely flat. The room is spacious, fully furnished, with a lovely big window. The room is available from the 19th of June. The flat consists of a separate, large lounge, kitchen, and shared bathroom. So cleanliness is a must. We both want some one who will not leave their things lying around the communal areas of the flat, and will share the cleaning equally with us.

All your bills are included. Now tv, and Netflix are already on the Smart tv in the living room. EE Broadband council tax, gas and electric, TV license, all included.

I am 26 and my female partner is 32. We are both working professionals, and we both work long hours at the weekends. This is not a party house, and we would ask you be respectful of our intense shift patterns. Over all, you’ll probably have the flat to yourself if you work Monday- Friday, and are off weekends.
We want some one who will sit and chill with us, as we want our flat mate to be our mate also. The couch in the living room folds into a large double bed- fine for people staying over if you wish.
