I am looking for a flatmate (female preferable) to share a flat with in Leith. Between 30-40 year old. Full time worker. I don’t pretend to be best friends (if it happens fab but I am not looking for that) but to have a nice vibe.

• There is a park within 10 metres
• Sunsets from living room area are the best
• The flat contains 2 double bedrooms all furnished with bed and wardrobe.
