DBL Room - Leith

Hi there,

My name is Freddie and I have a room in my two bed flat on Leith Walk. I also have a cat called Lennie!

About the room:
- Double bed (with storage boxes underneath)
- Double wardrobe (with mirror)
- Chest of drawers (with mirror)
- Desk + shelves

About the flat:
No- Shared living room - (with a spin bike, rebounder and weights I'm happy to share). I do use this room when working from home and there is now a second desk in there as well.
- Large kitchen/dining area
- Shared bathroom

About the area:
- Bottom of Leith Walk
- Bus stop next to flat and opposite with the following routes stopping (7, 14, 49, 10, 12, 22 & 25)
- Less than 5 min walk to the large Tesco on Duke Street
- 15-20 min walk to Waverley Station

About me:
My office is in Glasgow, so I used to commute through most days, however, I'm currently working from home and I suspect even when offices go back, I'll be working most of the week from home.

I absolutely LOVE a glass of wine and chilling (in or out), but I do usually have a lot of commitments with work and also outside of work, so I don't always have loads of time to hang out.

I really enjoy going for early morning walks and try to play (very badly) tennis a couple of times a week and generally be quite active. I do also love wine and pizza and spending the evening on the sofa watching a movie.

I do like all communal/public spaces to be kept clean and clear of clutter, this is especially important as Lennie (the cat) has allergies.

As this is a flat with a cat, I am really looking for someone who genuinely likes cats and is happy to share their living space with her. I need a flatmate who is happy to feed Lennie if I'm running late from work, or go away for work/to visit my family. I can repay you in wine/beer/a meal out/or similar!
