I am a professional environmental consultant working Monday to Friday. The rest of the time i like to go out walking at weekends. I like to climb, cycle, cook, drink wine, binge on box sets!

I'm looking for a friendly female flatmate to chill out with over a glass of wine but we all like our own space too!

The property has gas central heating, fibre optic broadband, Freesat TV. Lovely big kitchen which I love to cook in, with the usual washing machine, dishwasher, microwave etc.

I am a live in landlord so lounge and kitchen will be shared. There is a small patio looking out onto shared garden area. Free parking on the road.

The flat is less than 2 minutes walk from numerous bars, restaurants and cafes on the Shore, 5 min walk to bus stop with regular buses into the city centre. A small Sainsbury’s and Aldi are both within about 5 minutes walk.
