My Flat is very close to the city centre. 15 mins walk from the vibrant life of Edinburgh Princes St. Only 2 min walking from Leith walk, one of the most international/cosmopolitan streets in Edinburgh. This 1-3 month short let would suit 1 professional or a couple visiting Edinburgh for a short stay for studying or work purposes. All bills are included (Council Tax, electricity, gas central heating and internet).
Leith has been voted in the top ten of the 'coolest' neighborhoods in the world recently. There are plenty of amenities at your door step: big supermarkets, local shops, pubs, coffees, pubs, restaurants and more.
There is a bus stop only 4 min walk; with more than 6 different line buses to take. 10 min walk to the Tram stop at the top of Broughton Street.
The flat is in a very quiet street off Leith Walk and it gets the morning sun; the flat was recently fully refurbished It has a king size bed, new kitchen with all the cookware, shower room with powerful shower, all done up , very new, whilst keeping old features of 120 years old tenement flat.
