The Newhaven road area has bus links to town, it is only a 10-minute walk from Leith walk and all its bus access. Close to Stockbridge and Broughton and also a brisk 15 minute walk to the shore.

Local shops include a large Tescos close by at Cannonmills but also some convenience stores.

I am seeking a working professional or mature student who is clean and friendly to take a room in my flat. currently, one professional occupying the 2nd bedroom

One month's notice is required before vacating - and I am flexible about contract length (stays have ranged from 3 months to 3 years) However I would ideally be looking for a tenant for at least the next 2 months, but contract length can vary on an individual basis. The room is available officially available from the 3rd of January but the current tenant may move out prior to this so there may be some wiggle room if needed to move in earlier.
