Bedroom with private bathroom to rent in Leith

The flat is a new build, only a couple months old situated just off the Leith Links. There is an open plan kitchen / living room with an island / breakfast bar, corner sofa, TV and balcony. The bedroom comes with a built in wardrobe, double bed, two bedside cabinets, a chest of drawers and a TV. My bedroom has an en-suite so the main bathroom wouldn’t need to be shared.

The price includes council tax, bills, Internet, Netlflix, Amazon Prime and there is parking on the street. There is a Tesco about 5 minutes away and it takes just over 5 minutes to get to Leith Walk where there are regular buses into the City Centre, however if you choose to walk this takes about 35 minutes. Also fairly close to the Shore, where in 10 minutes you can have a number of Restaurants and Bars at your feet.

Looking for someone to rent the room for around 3 months but this can be negotiable. I would also consider Monday to Friday lets too for a reduced
rate.

I’m a 27 year old working at a Finance Company in town. I like to go out at the weekends for food or drinks, go to music events, go to the gym and occasionally play squash / swim. I would say I am fairly social but sometimes like to just chill in the flat. I also like to keep the place fairly tidy, so would expect the person moving in to do so too.
